Many of you know I run and that I’ve done a few races over the years. What many of you don’t know is this is my first time fundraising.

I’ve chosen Pearey House as they’re now an organisation close to my heart. Back in 2021 my Mum suffered a second Macular hole in her other (good) eye, the first being in 2017. This has left my Mum severely visually impaired and is now registered blind.

This was devastating for my Mum, but with the support and friendship of those who live, work & volunteer at Pearey House she’s found new friends and confidence dealing with situation.
