On the 15th September a strong legged team from WBD is embarking on a one day epic, cycling from WBD's office in Southampton to WBD's office in Bristol covering around 90 miles.

It will be the biggest one day ride for many so the team is apprehensive about diving into unchartered territory but we are all very excited to take on the challenge to raise money for our office charity, Alive.

Alive is dedicated to improving the health, wellbeing and quality of life of older people and their carers. Our vision is a world where older people live lives full of value, meaning and connection. Whether it's through the use of iPads, music, dance, intergenerational or gardening work, we engage older people creatively, reduce social isolation and connect them to their local communities.

With your help, we can bring laughter and joy to even more older people.
