I’m running the Great Scottish Run- 1/2 marathon (along with the other half Kenny) on Sunday 5th Oct.

I’d really like to raise some cash for Volunteer Glasgow - a charity that I know my best bud Caroline would have approved of us supporting.

As most of you know we lost Caroline a couple of months ago- returning to running has given me headspace during this hard time.

Always remembered Caz- this one’s for you matey 🩷
