Jeanette's & Ross's Classic Ride from Land's End to John O'Groats

Jeanette Bradley is raising money for Mental Health Motorbike

Motorcycle ride from Land's End to John O'Groats

We are a UK charity that offers free mental health support to the biker community. We offer online and face to face support for all bikers. We do this through 1-1 and peer support, events, activities and projects, working in partnership with the industry, other organisations and clubs.

Story

This year, my husband and I are riding from Land’s End to John O’Groats to celebrate the Vintage Motorcycle Club’s (VMCC) 80th anniversary and to proudly promote the Women Riders World Relay (WRWR) — a movement empowering women riders across the globe.

We’ll be tackling the journey on classic machines: my 1980 Moto Guzzi V50 and his 1964 AJS Model 30. These bikes have as much character as they do miles, and taking them the length of Britain feels like the perfect tribute to the heritage of motorcycling.

For both of us, riding has played a huge role in supporting our mental well-being. It’s given us space to breathe, think, and navigate life’s tougher moments. That’s why we’re raising funds for Mental Health Motorbike, a charity dedicated to ensuring no biker or their family members ever has to face their struggles alone.

Every mile on these two old classics honours the resilience it takes to keep going — whether on the road, in the community, or in life.

If you can spare a donation, you’ll be helping Mental Health Motorbike continue their vital, life‑changing work.

Thank you for supporting us, the VMCC’s milestone year, WRWR, and this incredible charity.
