I'm joining the EPIC Agilio team on a massive 50k walking challenge that is the South Downs Ultra Marathon on 15th June 2024.

On a personal side, my Dad unexpectedly passed away 15 years ago due to a heart attack and supporting this amazing charity and the incredible work they do is very close to my heart (excuse the pun!).

Agilio have also chosen the British Heart Foundation as their charity partner for 2024 in memory of a dear colleague, Norman Macintosh. Norman worked with Agilio as a consultant for many years and was adored by both practices and colleagues.

Sadly, Norman had been struggling with heart problems for the last 35 years and passed away 26th October 2023. Because of the technological advances made possible by the British Heart Foundation, we have enjoyed countless happy moments with him over the years that will enable his legacy to live on for many more to come.

British Heart Foundation do amazing work. We are asking everyone to help support this wonderful charity by donating to raise money in honour of Norman and thousands of people and families like him affected by heart conditions in the UK.
