Background: When Cliffden Hotel in Teignmouth was sold by the Guide Dogs Association and became a mainstream hotel, visually impaired (VI) guests who continued to visit no longer had support to fully enjoy their holidays. One such guest Jules Griffin took the initiative to seek local volunteer guides and the local charity Volunteering in Health offered to support the project.
