As part of our annual Bright Green Day, Year 7 pupils will be completing a 7 mile walk and litter pick to Ashton Court, to raise money for Avon Needs Trees. Pupils have voted for this local charity to raise money to support the work they are doing to plant new, permeant woodland in the Bristol-Avon catchment area. The charity aims to fight the climate and nature emergencies by locking up carbon, improving biodiversity, mitigating flooding and engaging the public with nature.

They will be doing their 7 mile walk between 9am and 1pm on the 2nd July.
