Challenge 8 - CLIMB Against Living Miserably

This month I will be joined by my 15 year old son Jack where we will look to complete the 3 peaks challenge, but with a difference. This month we will look to CLIMB the equivalent height of all 3 peaks combined (3407 metres) over the course of August at Flashpoint Swindon over 12, two hour sessions.

We will be doing this in aid of CALM a mental health charity thats aim is to help stop suicide. We are looking to try and raise £180 for the 18 people who commit sucide every day in the uk.

We’ve got loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline for people who can’t see a way forward, have lost someone to suicide, or are worried about their friends or loved ones.
