Team BAM - Alan Newland, Clive Hodgeman, Nick Howdle, and Simon Ward, are taking part in the 2026 Talent Foundry Cycle Challenge; cycling 250 miles over 3 days from Milan to Bologna on the 25th to 27th September 2026. Alongside colleagues from across the construction industry we will be raising funds to support young people from under-served communities to discover their potential.

At BAM UK and Ireland, we recognize that creating new and improved school facilities alone is not necessarily enough to allow students and pupils to fulfil their potential. We also need to tackle wider inequalities and enable aspiration and opportunity for all - there is a very clear alignment with our commitment to social responsibility and inclusion and The Talent Foundry’s mission

By generously supporting this cause, you will be making a difference in the lives of these young people. Your donation will play a pivotal role in helping The Talent Foundry provide the resources and support necessary for each young person to uncover their unique talents.

Thank you for supporting our challenge in aid of The Talent Foundry.
