I am raising money for Cancer Fund for Children because they do amazing work in supporting families that have be affected by cancer and have always been there supporting Jemma, myself and our children over the past 2 1/2 years , and have continued to offer help since Jemma passed away on the 3rd August this year. A truely worthy cause.

On Sunday 15th October 2023, I am taking on the Bog Run at Castlewellan Forest Park to help Cancer Fund for Children ensure no child has to face cancer alone.

Cancer treatment is frightening, challenging, and isolating and can devastate families emotionally, physically, and financially.

For a diagnosed child, months of gruelling treatment and its side effects can impact their mental health, their education, and their friendships. This is also an extremely worrying time for siblings who can feel like the forgotten child, and for parents struggling to care for a child with cancer, whilst working and maintaining a family routine.

Cancer Fund for Children need our support to ensure these families receive the right support at the right time.
