The cost of living crisis in the UK, with soaring bills, rising rents and a lack of affordable housing, is pushing people to the brink and into homelessness. 1700 more people than last year are on the streets in London alone - a 21% rise.

That's why a team of us from the PwC Customer Led Transformation team (Scarlett, Nick and Mike), plus honorary ex-PwC team member Chloe, are running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 8th October 2023, for Crisis. With Nick on a liquid diet, Mike running ultras most weekends, Chloe armed with a new Garmin, and Scarlett with newly purchased running socks, the preparations are in full swing.
