The Tether Challenge!
CMC Wellbeing’s very own Guthrie is stepping up for BBC Children in Need, and he’s doing it in a rather unusual way!
Guthrie will be taking on a 1.5-mile “tether walk”, joined by a BBC reporter, with the pair walking side-by-side while attached by a stretchy ankle tether. It’s a fun and slightly chaotic twist on the traditional three-legged race, and all part of the BBC Children in Need Thousand Mile Challenge.
They’ll be setting off from the pétanque court by the Weighbridge roundabout at 8:00am on Friday November 5th and we’d love for you to come along, cheer them on, and show your support as they take on this light-hearted challenge for a brilliant cause.
Every donation made will help BBC Children in Need continue their vital work supporting children and young people across the UK who are facing difficulties and need a little extra help in life.
💛 Please donate, come down to watch, and help us make every mile count!
Thank you for supporting Guthrie and BBC Children in Need.
