The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because ​of who they are, the community they come from or where they live​. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.

Story

The Mental Health Foundation was chosen as CMR's Charity of the Year. We're raising funds to allow them to continue the amazing work they do. With prevention in mind, the Mental Health Foundation aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive. Please join us in our efforts by participating in this Quiz Evening!
