On 8th May this year, some of our team at Coars will be taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for Cure Parkinson’s. The challenge involves climbing the three highest mountains in the UK — Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon — all within 24 hours. This means hours of hiking, very little sleep, and driving hundreds of miles between mountains, making it both a physical and mental test for everyone involved.

We’re taking on this challenge because Parkinson’s affects so many people and families, and it’s a cause that means a lot to us personally. Cure Parkinson’s funds ground breaking research focused on slowing, stopping, and ultimately reversing Parkinson’s, and we want to do our small part to help support that mission.

Training, preparation, and the challenge itself will push us well out of our comfort zones, but knowing we’re raising money for such an important cause will keep us going every step of the way.
