This March and April, I will be taking part in two running events. At midnight of 25th April I will be running London Marathon in reverse, and also before that the Reading Half Marathon on Sunday, the 22nd of March.

I am running both to raise money for JAC in Wokingham. For the Reading Half Marathon, I will be running as part of a human caterpillar team! 🐛

This March, Gina, Rebecca, Katie, Shira and Lucy are taking on the Reading Half Marathon in unforgettable style — as the legendary “Coasterpillar”! 🐛✨

They will be joined together as one glorious, Finch Coaster Caterpillar. They’ll be weaving their way through 13.1 miles of Reading in a spectacle of teamwork, determination, and slightly questionable aerodynamics.

As they race (or wriggle!) their way to the finish line, they’ll also be raising money for Wokingham based charity, Just Around the Corner who are the Finch Coasters Charity of the Year 2026.

Founded in 1998, JAC are a unique centre providing personal learning and development therapies for children and young people.
