Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page!

We are the Medical Education team at the Countess of Chester Hospital and we are trying to raise money through the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Charitable Funds.

We are trying to raise £3,000 in total - mainly to invest in a new birthing simulator model, but also other vital equipment that will not only transform the educational experience for our medical students, but also our local resident doctors training here with us!

Our team includes:

- Lyndsay (Director of Medical Education - Interim │ Consultant Anaesthetist)

- Richard (Foundation Programme Director - Interim │ Consultant Anaesthetist)

- Woei Lin (Clincal Sub-Dean for the University of Chester │ Consultant Anaesthetist)

- Monika (Assistant Manager of Medical Education │ HR)

- Ben (Senior Clinical Fellow in Medical Education │ Medical Registrar)

- Lauren (Junior Clinical Fellow in Medical Education │ Senior House Officer)

- Emma (a friend of our Medical Education team)

We would like to raise funds as a way to give back - to support the education and training of future healthcare professionals, and to invest in the same system that have so generously invested in us!

With your support, we can create a more innovative, hands-on learning environment that truly prepares our students for the challenges of tomorrow! Every contribution brings us one step closer to this goal and will help inspire the future of Medicine.

We invite you to join us in this important cause! Every contribution counts, no matter how small, and together we can create a brighter future for those who depend on our healthcare system - the NHS!
