Story
Since the beginning of 2025, 809 dogs have arrived in the care of Hope Rescue. 54% of these are strays or deliberately abandoned.
In January this year I was one of them - handed in to Hope Rescue with my Mum and siblings. Thanks to the amazing work of the team I was looked after and found my forever home. I'm a happy, sassy, sociable beautiful girl who makes friends everywhere I go but some pups aren't as lucky as me!

Hope Rescue continue to take over 100 calls each month from owners who are looking for help to rehome their dogs. Hope Rescue's experienced team meets these challenges every day, providing the care, compassion, and commitment that transforms the lives of vulnerable dogs.
I am taking part in Hope Rescue's Festive Waggy Walk on Sunday 7th December raising money because Hope Rescue needs our help now, more than ever.

I'll be walking with Mum, Nannie and Uncle Monty, across clifftop paths with sweeping sea views, strolling down to sandy Jacksons Bay, and enjoying the peaceful winter beauty of our coastal community. It’s the perfect way to kick off the festive season, with fresh air, wagging tails, and the warm glow of giving back.

Here is how our fundraising can help this Christmas at Hope Rescue:
£15 pays for a new dog to be microchipped
£50 pays for a new dog to receive a course of vaccinations
£100 covers the cost of treating a new dog with a chronic skin condition for a month
£150 pays for a dog to be neutered
Help us reach our target and help Hope Rescue continue with their life-saving work.
