Colin, Shona and I are going to be zip wiring from the Tyne bridge to raise money for the organisation that we work for, community integrated care, we support hundreds of adults and young people in the North East with learning disabilities, Autism & Mental health.

We are raising funds for people that need specialist equipment, sensory tools and for people to be able to experience the things that maybes we take for granted, going to a concert, a local football match - the funds will enable people to live their best lives possible and feel inclusive in their own community!
