Story
Members of Integra LifeSciences UK & Ireland Team together with some friends and family are taking part in The Royal Parks Half Marathon in aid of Harry's Hydrocephalus Awareness Trust (Harry's HAT). This is a collective page for our group which includes: Rob Jackson, Kirsty Phipps, Rick Bass, Sean Riddell, Nico Goswell, Louise Day, Andy Day and Annabel Wibberley to fundraise for the event. We have a minimum target of £400 per person but hope we can over achieve!
Harry's HAT was founded in 2018, the charity is user-led. The aim of the charity is to make life better for children with hydrocephalus and their families.
Every year 1 in 770 babies will develop hydrocephalus, there is no cure and it is currently the most common reason for brain surgery in children. The charity exists to raise awareness, promote training and so improve patient care, support families to reduce isolation and to campaign for better awareness of infant head circumference measurement.
Codman has had the privilege to partner with Harrys HAT on a number of initiatives and we are really keen to do all we can to continue to support this amazing charity. The work Caroline and the Team at Harrys HAT are doing is much needed. Your dontation can really help their efforts and is hugely appreciated.
