At Cody Musical Theatre Society, we know the power of bringing people together.

As we rehearse for our latest production, “Don’t Stop the Music - Together Again”, we’ve been celebrating everything that makes our society special: friendship, community, and a shared love of music and performance. The show’s message inspired us to find a way to give something back to the local community that has supported us throughout the years.

That’s why we’re hosting our very first Cody Dance-A-Thon on 9th August 2026.

We’re raising money for Fleet Lions, a local charity that works tirelessly to support people in our community. From helping families facing hardship and supporting local projects, to providing practical assistance for those who need it most, Fleet Lions make a real difference to people’s lives every day.

For 10 hours, members, friends, family, and supporters will come together to dance, have fun, and raise money for Fleet Lions.

We’ve set an initial fundraising target of £1,000, and every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Fleet Lions continue their valuable work.

Whether you’re joining us on the dance floor or supporting from afar, thank you for being part of this event. Together, we’re turning our love of music, dance, and performance into something that gives back to the community around us.
