As a family, we're participating in the Mental Elf family 5k fun run for York Mind. This will be quite a feat for Lenny, who is only just learning to walk! We'll be dressed as elves.

York Mind is very important to me as a trustee, and I am fundraising again in honour of my late sister, Becca, who suffered mental health challenges and passed away aged 48 when she was unable to navigate the health care system and cancer treatment.

Not only do I now have some personal accountability for the success of this charity, but 1000s of local people rely on it to help them through their own challenges.
