For the third year in a row (and hopefully riding together for the first time), Lauren and I are taking on a 200-mile cycling challenge to raise funds for Lia's Wing's. This year, we are cycling from Salzburg to Munich from September 17-19.

Lia's Wings is the UK's only aeroplane ambulance charity for children, helping extremely premature babies and critically ill children access urgent specialist care when it isn't available closer to home.

Named in memory of Emilia "Lia" Schoennagel, the charity supports families facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Unlike many healthcare services, Lia's Wings receives no government or NHS funding and relies entirely on donations and fundraising to continue its lifesaving work.

Lauren and I are honored to be able to raise vital funds and awareness for this incredible charity.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help Lia's Wings continue saying "yes" to children and families in urgent need.
