Ed, Gary, Stephen, Craig and myself are cycling from Didsbury (South Manchester) to Cullion (County Tyrone) over four days (taking the ferry across the Irish Sea - for all those that have asked!)

The reason we're taking this on is to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) in memory of our good friend Adrian Halpenny who we lost to the illness last year. MNDA fund research, improve care and provide support for people with MND, their families and carers.

Any sponsorship you can give will be very gratefully received and be going to support a brilliant charity supporting those suffering from a terrible illness and ultimately a world free from MND.
