'm taking part in the Beaverbrooks Bike Ride to support Trinity Hospice. There are seven routes to choose from (family 5 mile route, 15, 18, 30, 45 and 60 miles), starting at either AKS, Lytham or the Bay Horse, Thornton then travelling across the Fylde Coast.

Trinity Hospice is more than just a building, hospice care reaches into homes across the Fylde Coast. Every patient is an individual, with choices around what sort of care they would like, and where they would like to receive it. Trinity Hospice is about living life to the full and living well to the very end.
