Story
I’ve decided to take on the challenge of walking 57 miles—to support the incredible work of the Brittle Bone Society. The journey may be long, but it’s nothing compared to the daily challenges faced by those living with OI.
The Brittle Bone Society provides essential support, advocacy, and research to improve the lives of individuals with OI. They offer much-needed resources to families, fund research to find better treatments, and work tirelessly to raise awareness about this condition. But they can’t do it alone.
By walking these 57 miles, I hope to not only raise funds but also bring attention to this often-overlooked condition. Every step I take is in honor of those who live with the constant risk of fractures and the ongoing battle for a better quality of life.
