Story

Colin passed away peacefully at home on 16th October 2025, surrounded by his family. Colin was diagnosed with bladder cancer in April 2024 and bravely fought against the aggressive disease for 18 months.

Colin was a devoted family man and friend to many. His kindness knew no bounds, and he was always supportive of others. To honour his memory, we would like to provide the opportunity for those who knew Colin to donate to one of his chosen charities - Marie Curie & Macmillan.

The Macmillan volunteers on Ward 15 provided Colin & Beth with invaluable support and information throughout his treatment, as well as offering tea and sandwiches during his chemotherapy sessions. We hope to raise money so other patients and their families can benefit from this wonderful service.
