On 29th November John & Colin will be taking on the very challenging ‘Hyrox Fitness Race’ in London. This includes tough physical exercises such as sled pull, sled push, farmers carry, wall ball, sandbag lunges, running & more. We are using this opportunity to raise awareness & funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. All of us would hope that ourselves or our families or friends would never be in a situation to need support from Macmillan, however, regrettably during our lifetimes we will probably know someone who would need this invaluable help & support. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without your help, but Macmillan can’t always support everyone who needs them.
