I will again be running the LLHM in memory of our wonderful and greatly missed daughter, and sister to Verity, Charlotte. We lost our Charlotte in February 2012 and the pain and sadness does not fade.

I am very aware that I have been fundraising for a long time now, and I am incredibly grateful for all the kind support these years. This is one of the few ways to keep Charlottes name and memory going, but this run will be my last for Charity. Age and emotions have finally caught up with me.

My training the past few months has been significantly restricted for various reasons. 2025 will be harder than 2024 I expect.

So, this half marathon is in memory of our Charlotte and is on behalf of Charlottes family and friends.

All donations go directly to the TCT which helps them in their work to support youngsters diagnosed with cancer at a time when they should be carefree. The Teenage Cancer Trust give their support and services to youngsters and their families at the most horrific of times.
