We restore and create wild spaces to make a better life for wildlife & people

Story

Starting off from St Kenelms Church in Clent and 31 miles later arriving at the Severn in Stourport, eight of us are looking to run the full length of the River Stour; in part for a challenge, but also to raise awareness of our amazing river and the wildlife that calls it home - and raise some cash to help continue it's recovery!

The Birmingham and Black Country Wildlife Trust have been working for nature's recovery across Birmingham and the Black Country since 1980 and can often be seen out and about delivering eco projects large and small. They need our help to continue their urban nature conservation to restore, protect and create habitats for wildlife to thrive and inspire people to connect with nature.

About the charity

We're working for nature's recovery across Birmingham, Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton. We restore, protect and create wild spaces for the benefit of people and wildlife.
