MND Scotland is the only Scottish charity providing care and support to people affected by Motor Neuron Disease (MND), as well as funding research to take us a step closer to a cure.

My colleagues and I at Barrhead Housing have chosen MND Scotland as our charity for the year, and we will be undertaking activities to fundraise to help their vital work. We want a world without Motor Neuron Disease, so at fundraising because we want to help find a cure for this devastating disease. Any funds raised will also help MND Scotland to provide practical, financial, and emotional support to people affected by MND.

I'm a keen walker, and as part of our fundraising work, I'll be joining colleagues from Barrhead Housing to take part in Kiltwalk Glasgow 2025, as we trudge the long miles for those who can't.
