Right now, millions of children are in danger. They face violence, disease, hunger and the chaos of war and disaster. Unicef ensures more children get life-saving food, vaccinations, education and protection than anyone else. With your help, we can build a safer world for children. unicef.org.uk

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my page. I’m proud to be raising money to support UNICEF’s vital work for children and Worthing based charity Care for Veterans.

The target represents the approximately 15,000 miles I will sail as part of the crew on the Yacht PSP Logistics in the Clipper Race. We are sailing from Airlie Beach to Seattle via Ha Long Bay, Zuhai and Quindao in China. Race start is 27 Jan and I will be in Seattle in late April.

UNICEF ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. In 190 countries and territories, UNICEF works to save children’s lives, to defend their rights, and to help them fulfil their potential, from early childhood through adolescence.

My company will match the amount I raise (up to the £2000) and donate it to a local Worthing Charity Care For Veterans. This charity looks after Armed Forces Veterans who have been injured since they left the service.
