This May, I will be joining Regenerate on part of a massive adventure - the Ride 1000!

This will be a huge challenge, taking the group from London, 1,000 miles across Europe and through 10 countries, over the Alps, and eventually ending up in Venice two weeks later. I am incredibly grateful to be part of this journey alongside people from all walks of life, including some of the fantastic young individuals whose lives have been transformed by the amazing work that Regenerate does.

For me, this experience will require digging deep and will test my mental strength and perseverance. I am hoping to raise awareness about what this charity stands for and to gather some much-needed funds to support their mission of creating opportunities for young people to thrive.

Riders are fully covering our own trip costs so everything raised is going to Regenerate.
