Body & Soul is a small charity with big ambitions - we help thousands of people every year whose lives have been devastated by trauma. You can help us raise awareness for our mission, and much-needed funding to continue to reach the most vulnerable of our society.

This campaign is for our suicide prevention programme, which has expanded every year since we launch in 2016. We need funds to increase staff, as well as volunteers, and technology platforms to support even more people virtually.
