Story
Elsie is like any other 11-year-old girl. She is in her last year of primary school and excited to start high school in September. She loves gymnastics and football equally and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
She is kind, cheeky, and lovable — the type of person who makes friends wherever she goes and is always pushing herself to try new things and be the best she can be.
Earlier this year, life took an unexpected turn when Elsie found a lump in her cheek. After tests, she was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare type of soft tissue cancer. Since then, Elsie has undergone surgery and started chemotherapy, and she will also face six weeks of daily radiotherapy as part of her fight to kick cancer to the curb. Through it all, she has continued to show incredible strength, bravery, and positivity.
To support Elsie and help raise donations for the hospital caring for her, we are hosting a charity day at The College Arms on Saturday 18th July. Thank you so much in advance for your donations, kindness, and support — it truly means the world to Elsie and her family.
