A team of 20 participants and volunteers from Community Solutions North West are coming together for this coastal walk to raise vital funds for our charity and the people we support every day.

Community Solutions is based at Elmfield Hall and works with some of the most vulnerable and isolated people in our local community. Through a wide range of support services - many led by our amazing volunteers - we help people feel connected, supported, and valued.
