Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge · 18 May 2025 ·
Callum, David and Stevie are really excited to be taking part in Pennine Care Charity's inaugural Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge during Mental Health Awareness Week. We know its going to be a lot of fun doing it together with our colleagues from the Community Rehabilitation Team and other colleagues from Pennine Care.
We are going to be walking for 12 hours, covering 38.6km, climbing a total of 5,200 feet as we tackle the 3 Peaks of Yorkshire. The mountains of Whernside (736 m or 2,415 ft), Ingleborough (723 m or 2,372 ft) and Pen-y-ghent (694 m or 2,277 ft) are collectively known as the Three Peaks.
Its definitely going to be a challenge. It's like walking a marathon with 3 very large Yorkshire hills in the way.
This event is designed to raise funds for Pennine Care Charity while celebrating and promoting the outstanding work performed by our colleagues at Pennine Care. If you feel you can sponsor us we would really appreciate it
Thanks
