Story

As if last years CompuRide challenge wasn't ambitious enough, this year 8 individuals are cycling from Lands End to Taunton, covering nearly 200 miles in distance over 2 days over 21-22 September 2024.

The team, made up of Rob Legget (Cyber distribution), Mark Hussey (Aviva), Cris Cadby, Owen Napier, Chloe Pitman, Sam Witt, Sam Webster and Derek McCoy (and Seb Clift as the support driver) have been tirelessly training for the big event in the hopes of raising money for Tech She Can, a charity that mirrors Computeams values.

Tech She Can are on a mission to change the ratio of women in technology.

They collaborate with industry, government and schools to inspire and attract more women into technology roles and change perceptions about technology careers.

With your support, they can develop new resources and initiatives to reach more girls and women across all stages of their lives - giving them the opportunity to play an equal role in developing the technology that shapes our world.
