We're taking our dedication to new depths—literally! We're diving headfirst into the frigid (7 degrees warm) depths of the Parliament Hill Fields lido to raise funds and awareness for our cause and we need your help to make a splash!

The charity we support, Refuge, stands firm in its commitment to supporting and empowering women and children who have experienced domestic violence. They provide vital services, refuge and hope to those in need, helping them rebuild their lives free from fear.

By sponsoring our brave divers, you're warming hearts, igniting change and sending a powerful message of solidarity to survivors everywhere.

Your donation will directly fund Refuge's life-saving services, providing shelter, support and a lifeline to those in desperate need. With your support, we can help turn the tide on domestic violence and create a future where every woman and child can live free from fear.
