As the weather is getting warmer, it’s the perfect opportunity for a charity competition that all colleagues across the business can take part in.

With the aim of raising funds for our Teenage Cancer Trust, as well as encouraging departments to get together outside of work, we challenge you to enter ConnectONE’s Walk This May Challenge. This is a running/walking challenge where there will be an individual winner as well as a winning team for gathering the highest average distance covered between May 1-31.

Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words “you have cancer”. Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity providing specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer.

Teenage Cancer Trust’s units don’t feel like hospital – they’re bright, contemporary spaces where young people can be treated alongside others their own age. 

And their expert nurses and youth workers are specially trained to help young people navigate everything cancer throws at them, from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond.
