Connectus Business Solutions fundraiser for Prostate Cancer Research

ROY SHELTON is raising money for Prostate Cancer Research

Connectus Annual Prostate Cancer Dinner · 1 October 2026 · Start fundraising for this event

People affected by prostate cancer need breakthrough treatments. Research is the only way to turn this hope into reality. Combining patient stories and scientific expertise, we fund projects that have a real impact, reducing side-effects, cutting treatment costs and ultimately improving outcomes.

Story

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page!

Connectus Business Solutions are committed to raising much needed funds for Prostate Cancer Research via a dinner, auction and raffle on 1st Octover at Hotel Wrexham when our very special Guest Sir Ian McGeechan OBE will be ou valued guest and speaker.

Sir Ian (“Geech” to friends) was Head Coach of the legendary British & Irish Lions on four tours between 1989 and 2009 and remains the only person in Lions history to have achieved success as both a player and a coach.

The event is free to attend and you would be one of around 50 hand-selected guests. Connectus is hosting the dinner in support of Prostate Cancer, with all funds raised on the evening going directly to the charity. All event costs are being covered by Connectus and our two generous sponsors.

We do hope you can join us for what promises to be a wonderful evening with a sporting hero, while helping to raise much-needed funds for such a worthy cause.

Prostate Cancer Research are dedicated to creating brand new prostate cancer treatments. Prostate cancer is now the most diagnosed cancer in the UK and 11,500 men die from the disease every year. People affected by prostate cancer need breakthrough treatments, and research is the only way to turn this hope into reality.

Their vision is clear; a world where people are free from the impact of prostate cancer. I’m part of #TeamPCR because I share this vision. Will you help me support their research?
