I'm proud to be joining #TeamARUK in the 2026 Great North Run!

I’m taking on the Great North Run this year for Alzheimer’s Research UK because this cause is deeply personal to me. My nanna is currently living with Alzheimer’s, and seeing the impact it has had on her — and on our whole family — has been heartbreaking. The memories, stories, and moments that once felt so certain are slowly being taken away, and it’s incredibly hard to watch someone you love change in ways you can’t control. I want to run not only to raise money for vital research and support, but also to honor my nanna and all the families facing the same journey. Every mile will be for her — for the love, care, and memories that Alzheimer’s can never fully erase.
