Story
Throughout the whole month of May, I’ll be attempting to run 5km every single day to raise funds to support the fight against suicide.
If you know me, you’ll know I’m not a natural athlete and absolutely HATE running… so what better way to understand how it feels to fight feelings of giving up then completing this challenge and raising funds for CALM.
Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
