I am running 18 Consecutive 5Ks to total 90Kms. As 18 people per day take their life which is 1 every 90 minutes.

Suicide is the leading cause of death for 15-39 year olds in the UK. That’s not a distant statistic. That’s our generation. Behind every number is a person. Mental Health is an important thing to myself and especially now more than ever for myself this a really important cause to raise money for.

So this year, I'm helping to make Roses stand for something bigger than rivalry.
