The Jac Lewis foundation has always been a close charity to, who have always given me the support I have needed and continue to do so now.

To repay them I would like to raise more money to help fund local charities like themselves and not only that, to raise more awareness of mental health and help those in need of services like Jac Lewis foundation.

A platform like this will help to provide a preventative wellbeing and mental health service to the community of Ammanford and surrounding areas managed by professionally qualified counsellors and wellbeing advisors.

Prior to losing my mother back in October 2023, I had just signed up to doing my first Ironman in Tenby on the 22nd of September 2024. So now more than ever I want to keep pushing to make more awareness for mental health and well being by doing events like this and helping others by encouraging them to open up more, talk about things they struggle with and guide them to services in their local areas that can help massively.

That's why in the month of March, I have set myself the challenge of completing the equivalent of 4 Ironmans. Working out to be a 9.6 mile swim, 448 miles of cycling and 104 miles of running. 1 Ironman a week essentially.

As my mother's birthday is on the 31st of March, it's a perfect way to end the challenge on. As well as a good build up for my training for the Ironman.

It would mean the world to me if anyone could help me raise money for this very personal challenge, that will help others in a similar position to me. Any donation no matter how big or small would be very much appreciated.
