Please help me support The ME Association and people living with ME. This cause is incredibly personal to me because I live with ME myself, while continuing to serve in the Royal Air Force. I know first-hand how much this illness can impact everyday life.

ME affects over 400,000 people in the UK, often causing debilitating fatigue, pain, brain fog and crashes after even small amounts of exertion.
