Me, Amy, my dad and father in law along with 7 other riders take on the massive challenge of cycling from Gibraltar back to the UK.

For those that don’t don’t know I lost my sister in law to suicide in 2018 and since then the charity Kellys Heroes was formed to raise awareness and help those who are struggling with their mental health.

Feeling "at Rock Bottom" describes a state of extreme despair and hopelessness, a point where one feels completely defeated and unable to see a way forward. It's often characterized by feelings of hopelessness, isolation, and a sense of being overwhelmed by circumstances. This feeling can be triggered by various life events, including job loss, severe illness, or the death of a loved one, or a combination of smaller losses over time. By taking on this extremely tough challenge we hope to show support to anyone struggling and letting them know we care and we want to help and support them in whatever way we can.
