Story
This October, I’ll be taking on the Amsterdam Marathon — 26.2 miles, months of training, and a serious mental and physical challenge.
I’m doing it for Anthony Nolan, a charity that helps save the lives of people with blood cancer and serious blood disorders. For many of these patients, a stem cell transplant is their only chance of survival — and finding a matching donor can mean the difference between life and death.
What really stuck with me is that a match often has to come from a complete stranger. Someone, somewhere, choosing to help.
That’s why I’m putting myself through this challenge — because while 26.2 miles will be tough, it’s nothing compared to what these patients and their families go through every single day.
Every donation will help Anthony Nolan:
* Find and match donors with patients in need
* Fund life-saving research
* Support families through incredibly difficult times
If you can donate, I’d massively appreciate it. And if not, even sharing this page helps more than you think.
Let’s help give someone the chance to keep living their life.
