Story
In loving memory of my wife, Danielle.
On 30th May 2026, I’ll be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, a 24-mile hike across Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, alongside some of my closest friends, in memory of Danielle and to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, a charity doing incredible work for people living with CF and their families.
Danielle passed away on 3rd December 2025 and life will never be the same. She was kind, funny, full of love and the strongest person I’ve ever known. She always wanted me to look after myself, to stay active and to keep moving forward even when things got difficult. So this challenge feels like the right way to honour her. Something tough, something meaningful and something she would have been proud of me doing.
Having my close friends by my side on the day means a great deal to me. Their support, friendship and strength have helped carry me through some of the hardest moments and walking together feels like a powerful way to honour Danielle and everything she stood for.
The Cystic Fibrosis Trust works tirelessly to fund research, support families and push for better treatments and a better future for everyone affected by cystic fibrosis. Every donation, no matter the size, genuinely makes a difference.
I’ll be doing this walk with Danielle in my heart every step of the way.
Thank you for supporting this fundraiser, for supporting a cause that means so much and for helping keep Danielle’s memory alive.
For Danielle, always. 💛
