This summer, we are aiming to climb the highest mountain in North Africa, Mount Toubkal in the High Atlas Mountain range, Morocco, in an effort to raise funds for the Meningitis Research Foundation Charity. This fantastic charity has the goal of defeating meningitis and septicaemia by 2030.

Meningitis is deadly; killing and seriously disabling in hours. Small children and young adults are high risk, but all ages can be affected. Globally 1,000 people die daily. The Meningitis Research Foundation fundraises to invest in research, campaign for vaccines, provide symptom information and support those already affected.
