Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

On the 13th July 2023 we sadly lost my cousin Max to glioblastoma, a rare form of brain tumour which also claimed the lives of his mum Angela and his granny Margaret. Max had only just turned 19 years old when he died from this horrible illness.

On the first anniversary of Max's death I will be aiming to complete the UK Three Peaks Challenge in his memory. This involves climbing the highest peaks in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) in under 24 hours. In the process, I will be raising money for Brain Tumour Research in order to contribute towards the battle against this disease and other forms of brain tumours.

Please donate if you can.
